15th EBSA Congress, Rome

The European Biophysical Societies’ Association (EBSA) was formed in 1984 as a non-profit organisation, with the objectives “to advance and disseminate knowledge of the principles, recent developments and applications of biophysics, and to foster the exchange of scientific information among European biophysicists and biophysicists in general”.
EBSA is associated with the International Union for Pure and Applied Biophysics (IUPAB) and Initiative for Science in Europe (ISE) ), and collaborates with Protein Society
The purpose of EBSA is to promote Biophysics in Europe. Every two years EBSA organizes the European Biophysics Congress.
In 2023 EBSA Congress was held in Sweden.
EBSA2025 will be held in Rome, Italy
